Method
- Grate fresh ginger using a microplane or fine grater.
- Measure all ingredients and add to a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Secure lid and shake vigorously until well-combined.
- Alternatively, add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Use immediately or store refrigerated.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Shake well before each use as natural separation will occur.
- For a thicker dressing, add 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
- If yuzu juice is unavailable, substitute with a mixture of 3 parts lemon juice, 1 part lime juice, and a splash of orange juice.
