- Brown the ground beef in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes. Increase heat at the end for extra browning. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cooked beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, and tomatoes.
- Make the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and salt until smooth.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
