Method
- Combine basil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, garlic, lemon zest, and salt in a food processor. Pulse about 20 times until basil is finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing is smooth and well emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Use immediately or transfer to a jar for storage.
Notes
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
- Shake well before using as separation is natural.
- For a vegan version, substitute maple syrup for honey.
