- Combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and dried parsley. Whisk to combine.
- Fold in minced fresh chives.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If the dressing is too thick, add additional buttermilk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
