Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Combine maple syrup, dijon mustard, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl or mason jar.
  2. Slowly add olive oil while whisking, or add all ingredients to a jar and shake vigorously.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then whisk or shake again until fully combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed before serving.

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • Oil may solidify when chilled—simply bring to room temperature for 10 minutes and shake well.
