Method
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, crab meat, peas, onion, celery, bell pepper, mayonnaise, and dill.
- Gently stir until everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a lighter version, substitute half the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- For extra flavor, add 1 tablespoon of lemon zest or 1-2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning.
