Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds seedless grapes (red, green, or a combination)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, divided
  • 1/3 cup pecans

Method
 

  1. Toast pecans in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (4-5 minutes), then cool and chop.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, salt, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in grapes until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer to serving bowl and top with remaining brown sugar and chopped pecans.
