Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt any % fat
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons honey to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or more lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic pressed or minced
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 10 twists of freshly ground black pepper

  • Medium mixing bowl or liquid measuring cup
  • Garlic press (optional)
  • Airtight storage container

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl or 2-cup liquid measuring cup.
  2. Whisk vigorously until completely smooth and well-blended.
  3. Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings if needed - add another tablespoon of honey if it tastes too tart.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container if not using immediately.

Notes

  • Store dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 10-14 days.
  • The dressing will thicken when chilled; let it stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before using and shake well to recombine.
