  • 40 mL 2½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method
 

  1. Add olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and sea salt to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until well combined and slightly thickened.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
  4. Use immediately or store refrigerated.
