- Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded imitation crab, tomato, cucumber, celery, and red onion.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving cold.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a lighter version, substitute half the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- Add diced avocado just before serving for extra creaminess.
