  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 to 1 Serrano chili, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Method
