- Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill in a bowl to make the dressing. Set aside.
- Cook bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, then chop into bits.
- Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion, and cranberries in a large bowl.
- Add half of the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
- Just before serving, add sunflower seeds and bacon bits, plus additional dressing if desired.
- Toss again and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, add bacon and sunflower seeds just before serving to maintain crispness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
