Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoons water as needed
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper or 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, dried herbs, seasonings, and rice vinegar in a blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached (less for dip, more for dressing).
  4. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Transfer to a container and chill until ready to use.

Notes

  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Dressing may thicken when chilled; thin with a small amount of water if needed before serving.
