Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup homemade cranberry sauce or organic whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons water

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring spoons
  • Storage jar

Method

  1. Combine cranberry sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, and water in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and emulsified.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. For thinner consistency, add 1-2 additional tablespoons of water.
  4. Transfer to a serving container or storage jar.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • If the dressing separates or thickens when chilled, allow it to come to room temperature for 15 minutes, then shake well before using.
  • For a cranberry balsamic variation, substitute half the apple cider vinegar with balsamic vinegar.
