Method
- Combine cranberry sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, and water in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. For thinner consistency, add 1-2 additional tablespoons of water.
- Transfer to a serving container or storage jar.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- If the dressing separates or thickens when chilled, allow it to come to room temperature for 15 minutes, then shake well before using.
- For a cranberry balsamic variation, substitute half the apple cider vinegar with balsamic vinegar.
