- Add Greek yogurt, feta cheese, grated garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to a blender or food processor.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of water to start.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, starting on low speed and gradually increasing.
- Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until reaching desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- The dressing will thicken when chilled, so you may need to add a splash of water before using.
- For a thinner dressing, add more water; for a thicker dip, use less.
