- Combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, buttermilk, milk, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and seasonings in a mixing bowl or mason jar.
- Whisk or shake until completely smooth and well combined.
- Adjust thickness by adding more milk or buttermilk if desired.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to preference.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
- Shake well before using as separation may occur.
- For a mellower garlic flavor, use roasted garlic instead of raw.
- This dressing works wonderfully on salads, as a vegetable dip, or as a sandwich spread.
