Method
- Combine lime juice, honey, sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin in a blender.
- Blend briefly to combine ingredients.
- With blender running on low, slowly stream in olive oil and canola oil until emulsified and slightly thickened.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Transfer to a glass jar with tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Shake well before each use as natural separation will occur.
- For a cilantro variation, add ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro to the blender with other ingredients.
