- Combine orange zest, orange juice, rice vinegar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, honey, and ginger in a small bowl.
- While whisking continuously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well emulsified.
- Add sesame oil, salt, and pepper and whisk to incorporate. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Shake well before each use as natural separation will occur.
- For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup.
- For a tangier dressing, add a touch more rice vinegar.
