- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
- While whisking continuously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until fully incorporated and emulsified.
- Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Dressing will thicken when cold; allow to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes if desired.
- Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan version.
