Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly crushed, finely ground
  • 1 large clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and balsamic vinegar until well combined.

  3. Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before serving.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Dressing will thicken when cold; allow to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes if desired.
