Method
- Add all ingredients to your blender: carrots, onion, ginger, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and olive oil.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
- If needed, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to thin to desired consistency.
- Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Separation is normal - just shake before using.
- For a miso variation, add 1-2 tablespoons of white miso paste.
- Make it vegan by substituting maple syrup for honey.
