Heat a large skillet over medium heat until warm.
Add olive oil and allow to warm for about 30 seconds until shimmering.
Add minced garlic to the oil and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Don't let it brown.
Add spinach leaves to the skillet. The pan might seem overfilled, but the leaves will quickly collapse.
Toss gently with tongs until the spinach wilts but still maintains some structure, about 2–3 minutes.
Remove the skillet from heat immediately to prevent overcooking.
Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled feta cheese over the warm spinach.
Season with fresh lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground black pepper, then mix gently.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Transfer immediately to serving plates and enjoy while warm.
